Muhammad Nadeem, 48, is an entrepreneur living with his three children and wife in a slum in Rawalpindi city of Pakistan. He is engaged in formwork (shuttering) business for twelve years. He purchases wood timbers and plywood from the wholesale market, then cuts it into different pieces and rents them out to constructors. He is running a business and continuously needs a stock of materials. Due to lack of financing, Nadeem is running out of stock, therefore, he is requesting for a financing of Rs.60,000. This amount can help him purchase more stock in order to increase his income.
